Unit 305 has 1 assigned garage parking space and 1 assigned outdoor space with plenty of guest parking as well.

Tenant pays 13% Florida Tourist tax for any lease under 6 months
Association can take up to 30 days to issue approval (sometimes less).
$150 association application fee per person and/or married couple and married couple must show proof of marriage. Refundable $500 move in deposit given back at the end of the lease. Non-refundable $500 dog fee.
Landlord requires Security deposit and all rent paid upfront, plus an exit cleaning fee taken from the sec dep. - If a dog, landlord will approve on a case by case basis and a pet fee will be charged by the landlord as well.
